Ken Locke is Licensed in:  Wisconsin, Arizona, Kansas, and Ohio.  Other states may be available upon request.

Ken Locke and Associates, LLC is based in beautiful Port Washington, WI, just off the shores of Lake Michigan in the historic Boerner Mercantile Building, Suite 204.

Ken Locke holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an M.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  Ken received his Health, Life & Accident insurance license in Wisconsin in 2002.  His initial experience was in Long-Term Care Insurance, followed up by working as a Regional Broker Sales Representative for Assurant Health in Milwaukee, WI.  Later, in 2015 Ken opened his own independent agency focusing on Health Insurance for the new Federal Marketplace, Small Group insurance for businesses with less than 20 employees, and Medicare Plans for Seniors.​

Ken meets with clients in person at his office in downtown Port Washington, or via phone and/or virtually online via Zoom.  Ken has consistently received awards such as being a member of the Elite Circle of Champions for many years with the Federal Health Insurance Marketplace.

Ken has been married to his wife, Lori Ann Locke, since 1996.  Lori Ann is a licensed and board certified music therapist.  She is also a private piano teacher in Port Washington.

Ken and Lori Ann have one son who is working toward a PhD in Mathematics at North Texas University.  Ken and Lori Ann love spending time together walking, enjoying the beautiful lakefront, and reflecting on God's blessings.
