Due to evolving trends in the small group market, Ken Locke mainly works with small groups based in SE Wisconsin, with a minimum of 5 employees and usually no more than 20 employees participating.  Employers with less than 5 employees are usually better off providing a stipend or bonus to the employees to buy their own individual policy.  This provides a cost-effective option for small business owners while minimizing admin and compliance documentation and filings which can become burdensome on the business owner. Ken can assist your employees enroll in individual health plans if needed during Open Enrollment (Nov 1 - December 15).
